Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to all areas in Thailand. For International shipping please contact thalassomer@gmail.com.

All orders are calculated by weight upon checkout and are packed & shipped within 2 business days.

Domestic orders are shipped via ThaiPost Express Mail Service (EMS) , Flash express , Kerry express, Nim express. Please noted that your order of different items may not be coming together in one package, due to various sources.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your order tracking information . Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and 7-10 business days for some items.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please write to us at thalassomer@gmail.com regarding your concern. We will accept returns on a case by case basis for domestic orders only, within 10 days of receipt of purchase.

If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, we are happy to send you the correct product. However, in some cases. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product except those not matching the order.

จัดส่งโดย EMS Thaipost, Flash Express และ Kerry Express (สินค้าอาจจะส่งแยกหลายกล่อง เนื่องจากส่งมาจากหลายที่)

หลังจากคอนเฟิร์มออเดอร์ เราจะจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ หรือ 5-7 วันในสินค้าบางรายการ

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าในทุกกรณียกเว้น เกิดจากทางร้านค้าส่งผิด หรือเกิดการเสียหายจากการขนส่ง

กรุณาแจ้งภายใน 10 วันหลังจากสั่งซื้อสินค้า โดยสินค้าที่ส่งคืนนั้นต้องไม่มีการเปิดซีลสินค้า หรือมีการใช้เเล้ว
